Fashion Week’s Craziest Moments

From New York to London it's been an epic two weeks of non-stop fashion. There's been Barbie parades, dogs on the runway, men wearing dresses and a bucket load of fashion trends I can't wait to follow, and ultimately fail at.

While it's been as chic as ever, here in the city it's been pretty bizarre too. Designers and celebrities have been making headlines, for reasons other than the side-slitting skirts, making 2014 a memorable season.

1) Justin Bieber's Awkward Strip Tease

Confused about whether that was meant to be funny or sexy? Same here. At New York Fashion Rocks, Bieber decided to shed the clothes down to his Calvins. With an audience made up predominately of sane non-tweeny boppers, the singer's strip was met with boos cranking the situation  up to a whole new notch of awkward.

2) A Holographic Fashion Show

It seems real life models just don't cut it anymore. At Ralph Lauren's Polo Presents close, a 4D holographic fashion show took place at Central Park. Using snazzy computer effects, the show portrayed a New York cityscape and had holographic models strutting towards the Cherry Hill lawn.

3) Miley Cyrus Revealed a Collection

Miley Cyrus revealed a collection with Jeremy Scott. Crazy combos of colour and eccentric style sums up this unique partnership.

4) Animals Hit The Runway

Dogs took to the catwalk at the Hood by Air fashion show. Models no longer good enough, a spotted great dane became this season's must-have accessory.

5) Cross-dressing Becomes A Thing

A butch- looking, non-shaven, tattoo-sporting, coffee-holding, gutsy guy sported a dress and heels down the Misha Nonoo catwalk. Making a statement we've not quite grasped, it certainly caught some attention.
